This project is a unique 4+1 apartment located in Deniz İstanbul, Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. It stands out with its distinctive style, setting it apart from other projects in the area.

Our approach to this project is to enhance its uniqueness and create a design that complements its one-of-a-kind style. We carefully consider the apartment's architectural features, location, and surrounding environment to develop a concept that harmonizes with its surroundings while still maintaining its individuality.

We prioritize the use of sleek lines, clean forms, and minimalist aesthetics to create a modern atmosphere. The selection of materials, colors, and finishes is carefully curated to enhance the overall modern design concept. By incorporating elements such as glass, metal, and neutral tones, we create a cohesive and visually pleasing environment.

INSPIRATIONAL POINTS

In designing this house, our primary objective is to create a look that exudes luxury and elegance. We carefully select colors and materials to reflect richness and sophistication throughout the space. To achieve this, we incorporate a color palette consisting of grey, emerald green, and gold tones.

These color choices add a touch of opulence and create a sense of refined luxury. The grey provides a neutral and sophisticated backdrop, while the emerald green adds a rich and vibrant pop of color. Gold accents are strategically incorporated to elevate the overall elegance of the design.

Furthermore, the structures we use while designing the walls have unique features that contribute to the style and aesthetics of the house.
