This project is a private villa located in the picturesque region of Bodrum, Muğla. Spanning across an impressive 380 square meters, our company took charge of every aspect of this project, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless experience from A to Z.

Our approach to this private villa was centered around creating a captivating living space that complements the breathtaking surroundings of Bodrum. We carefully considered the villa's architectural design, interior layout, and outdoor spaces to provide a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort.

Villa Bodrum is a remarkable project for which we assumed complete responsibility, overseeing every step until the key was handed over to the delighted owner. Our company took charge of various aspects, including construction, finishing, interior design, landscape design, and more.

This stunning villa comprises two floors and offers a total of 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, and 5 bathrooms. Additionally, it boasts a private pool nestled within the enchanting garden, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation and enjoyment.

From the initial construction phase to the final touches, we meticulously managed the project to ensure top-notch craftsmanship and impeccable design. The interior design was thoughtfully curated to embody elegance and functionality, catering to the needs and preferences of the villa's occupants.

The landscape design, including the serene garden and private pool area, was carefully crafted to harmonize with the natural beauty of Bodrum, offering a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

INSPIRATIONAL POINTS

The concept design of Bodrum Villa, situated in one of Turkey's most significant touristic cities, focused on the climate characteristics of the location to ensure optimal comfort and functionality. The hot climate structure of the area was a key consideration in the design process.

To address this, the design prioritized natural air circulation, creating spaces that are well-ventilated and accessible. The use of exterior openings plays a vital role in promoting air circulation, allowing for a refreshing breeze to flow through the villa, even in hot weather conditions.

The layout plan was thoughtfully crafted to establish a strong relationship with the ground and enhance the overall harmony with the environment. Mass movements in the building were strategically planned to achieve this connection, ensuring that the villa seamlessly blends with its surroundings.

By focusing on the climate characteristics of the location and incorporating features that encourage natural air circulation, we aimed to create a comfortable and refreshing living space for the villa's occupants. The design's consideration of the ground relationship ensures that the villa not only complements the beautiful landscape of Bodrum but also provides a delightful living experience in harmony with the surroundings.
